Thanks for using the UBHP Event Dashboard (“the Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

We've kept these Terms simple and friendly, as this is an internal tool for managing events, not a big commercial product, so we're not burying you in legal jargon.

The UBHP Event Dashboard helps UBHP manage events. It lets users sign up, register for events, customize their profile, and (for certain roles) share materials like company logos or slide decks. Some users may be listed as special roles such as Speakers and shown to other users as part of event details.

To use most features, you'll need an account. You can sign up with:

• Email and password, or
• Google OAuth (sign in with your Google account)

There's no minimum age requirement to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Please give us accurate information when you sign up.

You may upload things like a profile picture, a company logo, or slide decks for events. A few notes on this:

• You keep ownership of anything you upload, and we do not claim any rights over your content.
• By uploading content, you're giving us permission to display it within the Service (for example, showing your profile photo or displaying your slide deck during an event) for the purpose of running the platform.
• Please only upload content you have the right to share (e.g., don't upload a company logo you don't have permission to use).

As mentioned in Section 2, some users may be designated as special roles such as Speakers or Presenters. If you're assigned this role, basic information about you (such as your name, profile photo, and any submitted materials like a slide deck) may be visible to other users of the Service in connection with the events you're speaking at.

To use the Service, we collect information like your email address and password, and, depending on your role, materials such as a company logo or slide deck. We use this information to run the Service. For example, authenticating your login and displaying event details.

We don't currently run ads or third-party tracking on the Service. If that changes, or if we introduce a more detailed data policy, we'll update these Terms or point you to a separate Privacy Policy.

Please use the Service respectfully and only for its intended purpose, which are managing and participating in UBHP events. Don't use it to upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content, or to interfere with the Service's normal operation.

The Service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the Service will always be available, error-free, or perfectly secure. Use it with that in mind.

We may update these Terms occasionally as the Service evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll try to let users know. Continuing to use the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
